Both models receive new off-road technologies and interior updates, including enhanced entertainment and driver assistance systems.

Besides propulsion changes, the G-Class design is subtly updated with aerodynamic improvements, while retaining its iconic shape. Updates include redesigned pillars, an updated grille, and reformed front and rear bumpers.

These changes aim not only to improve aerodynamic efficiency but also to lay the groundwork for a future electric version of the vehicle. The 48-volt hybrid system now present in both models not only enhances efficiency but also brings new capabilities, such as an adaptive suspension system available on the G63.

The cabin of the new G-Wagens also received significant updates, including new entertainment and convenience features. Both models are now equipped with Mercedes’ MBUX infotainment system, offering wireless integration with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Additionally, several driver assistance technologies have been enhanced, such as a new adaptive cruise control system with lane centering function. With an expanded range of customization options, Mercedes aims to meet the individual needs of G-Class buyers.
